Six Steps to Creating Your Custom Jewelry with Earthbound Silver

 

Step 1: Inquiry Form

Please fill out the Custom Jewelry Inquiry Form. This first step allows me to get a general idea of what you are looking for in your custom jewelry piece and process. Once I receive your completed form, I will respond via email (or phone call, your preference) to schedule your consultation. 

 

Step 2: Design Consultation

Our consultation will be scheduled via Zoom or phone call. A quick chat will help us to narrow down a few things, for example: 

• Gemstone (to include or not to include?)
• Dimensions of desired jewelry (including ring size if applicable) 
• Budget 
• Timeline

 

Step 3: Design Confirmation

Taking into consideration all of your preferences and desires, Earthbound Silver will provide you with 1-5 different designs to choose from, depending on the scope of the project. Your feedback at this step will help us reach a final design.

Step 4: Deposit

Once a final design is agreed upon, a 50% deposit is required in order to begin production.

Step 5: Production

Earthbound Silver will get to work creating your one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry. Your custom piece will reach your hands in 4-6 weeks once production begins. 

Step 6: After Production

Once your custom jewelry piece is completed, Earthbound Silver will reach out to you to confirm your shipping address, and to clear your remaining balance before shipping out.
