Sunset Labradorite Halo Necklace

One of the most magical slices of labradorite I’ve had the pleasure of setting, this stone holds a rainbow of colors when the light hits just right. From all angles this stone is turned, the glowing labradorescence is visible. The teardrop stone is set in a serrated bezel and complemented with a circular bail haloed around the point. The circular bail component has been lightly hammered to add complimenting texture. All metal in this piece is sterling silver (stamped .925). The final piece has a high shine finish. An 16”-18” adjustable chain is included.

Labradorescense defined: an optical effect causing iridescent flashes of blue, green, gold and purple when the light strikes the internal layers of labradorite.

As with all items I create, this piece is handcrafted and hand finished from beginning to end. This means that there are going to be slight imperfections. I find this adds to the uniqueness and authenticity of each individual piece however this style is not for everyone. Please make note of this and purchase accordingly.
